Trade Show Missions

Your stand is booked. Now let's fill your agenda.

A European trade show is one of the most expensive weeks of your year. Without preparation, it comes down to hoping the right people walk past your booth. I take full responsibility for preparing and structuring your presence — so you arrive with a schedule of qualified prospects, not just hope for foot traffic.

The problem

Why most trade show investments fail.

A European show is one of the most expensive weeks of your year — and the three ways it goes wrong are always the same.

“The stand is booked — and the calendar is empty.”

Most exhibitors arrive hoping the right buyers happen to walk past. I fill your agenda with qualified meetings before the doors open.

“We collected 100 badge scans. Nothing came of them.”

Industry research (CEIR) shows most trade show leads never receive a single follow-up. Every positive lead gets a structured follow-up until it becomes a yes or a no.

“Buyers wanted to move — but we had no one in Europe.”

Deals cool fast when the next step is eight time zones away. I'm your presence on the ground, working European hours in European languages.

The process

Six weeks before the show. Four weeks after.

The show itself is five days. The return on investment is decided in the weeks around it.

1
Weeks 1–2 · Scoping & targeting

We define exactly who you need to meet.

I immerse myself in your company, products and objectives, then build a database of the buyers, distributors and importers attending the show who genuinely match your criteria — role, portfolio, channels, geographic coverage, purchasing process.

2
Weeks 2–5 · Multichannel prospecting

Human judgment, AI speed.

I run personalised email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach across every channel your buyers use — reaching them in their own language, and reactivating your cold leads where relevant. As a native-level English speaker working European hours, I reach the people your team can't.

3
Before booking · Your validation

You approve every prospect, by name.

No meeting enters your agenda without your green light. You see who they are, what they buy and why they fit — so every slot on your calendar is a slot you chose.

4
Show week · Delivery

You arrive with a structured meeting agenda.

A complete schedule with a detailed lead sheet for each meeting: company profile, contact background, talking points. Reminders are sent to every prospect to protect your agenda.

5
Weeks 7–10 · Follow-up

The show ends. The pipeline doesn't.

Industry research shows most trade show leads never receive a single follow-up. Yours will: structured post-show nurturing of every positive lead, initial negotiations supported, and a final report with clear next steps.

The packages

Three levels of support. One standard of quality.

Discuss this package

A promise you can verify. I don't sell inflated meeting counts — I deliver a qualified database, a professional outreach campaign, and an agenda where every single prospect was approved by you, by name, before booking. Quality and accountability, not vanity numbers.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How many meetings will I get?

It depends on your product, your market and how early we start — anyone who promises a fixed number regardless of those factors is guessing. What I commit to is verifiable: a qualified target database, a professional multichannel campaign, and an agenda where you approved every prospect by name. On the intro call I'll give you an honest range for your specific case.

When should we start?

Ideally six weeks before the show — European buyers plan their show agendas early. Later starts are possible with a tightened scope; the earlier we begin, the deeper the targeting.

What about no-shows?

No-shows are the reality of every trade show, which is why the process is built to minimise them: validated decision-makers only, calendar invitations, systematic reminders before the show, and — in the End-to-End package — on-site coordination to reschedule on the spot when agendas shift.

Which shows and sectors do you cover?

Food & Lifestyle Products, Health & Medtech, Aerospace & Defense. Trade shows I already covered: SIAL, Anuga, BIOFACH, SIRHA, Vitafoods, Farnborough, Paris Air Show, ILA Berlin, Eurosatory, Ambiente, Medica. If your show isn't listed, ask.

Is the outreach GDPR-compliant?

Yes. B2B prospecting to professional addresses is lawful in the EU on an opt-out basis; every message identifies the source of the data and offers a straightforward way to decline. Your brand is never put at risk.

Who does the outreach speak for — you or us?

Your company. Messages are prepared with you, sent in your name or presented transparently as your European representative, and every conversation is documented so you keep the relationship — and the data — after the project.

Next step

Tell me about your show.

Which show, which products, which markets — 30 minutes is enough to scope the right package and give you an honest view of what's achievable in the time remaining.
